Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

International Shipping
We currently ship to the US, Canada, UK, EU countries, Australia. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are charged once the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us @charmedbyyouforyou@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
